Cancellation & Refund Policy

Kerala Taxis believes in helping our customers as much as possible, this is why we are asking only 30% for advance at the time of booking.
Should the traveller cancel the contract after confirmation, the advance payment will not be refunded.
Should a cancellation occur less than one week prior to travel, the full cost of the tour will not be refunded.
No cancellations are entertained after advance has been paid; ask us for a cutoff date if you need.
In case you feel that the car we have provided is not the same model or the condition is not good as you booked please contact Kerala Taxis immediately so we can address the problem. If you accept the car and begin your trip we will be unable to change it.
